HR tech already has a large impact on modern day hiring with 78% of employees agreeing that the usage of HR tech benefits their experience at the company, 82% of businesses considering HR tech to be a vital contributing factor to their success, and 75% of HR professionals acknowledging HR tech as a big reason for recruitment process improvements. In fact, HR tech has improved the speed of recruitment and HR tasks while decreasing turnover rates. More than 80% of HR professionals have even experienced a positive rate of return when using HR tech. 43% of HR professionals reported improved employee satisfaction as well. 

HR tech is taking on various forms to satisfy companies’ specific needs. Employee referral software is HR tech that makes it easier for current employees to refer new talent for positive incentives. Many companies prefer referrals because they have shown to stay at the company longer than regular hires. These referrals can also save the company more than $7,000 per hire. Performance management software is HR tech that makes it easier to track employee progress, goals, and performance, making it a highly-desired HR tech among the best performing HR teams. 

Applicant tracking systems are the most well-known HR tech that keeps track of all candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. Almost all of the Fortune 500 companies depend on an ATS to hire the right talent that meets their needs. Workflow automation systems are HR tech with the main purpose of developing automated workflows to reduce errors, increase cost savings, and improve productivity. Currently, more than 50% of companies are highly interested in implementing more automated recruiting measures through workflow automation systems. 

A candidate relationship management (CRM) software is HR tech focused on cultivating meaningful relationships with new hires. Just last year talent CRM adoption rose to 60%. Lastly, there are talent marketplace platforms or HR tech that uses software to effectively connect individuals with new job opportunities. The best talent marketplaces are capable of matching nearly 21% of individuals to a job that is right for them. 

HR has multiple benefits for employees, companies, and HR professionals, but what helps HR tech gain more attention by the masses? Public relations, analyst relations, content creation, thought leadership, strategic events, and partnerships can all help HR tech companies spread brand awareness to the market. These PR tactics allow companies to secure media coverage, gain a platform to present new products and innovations, build credibility and engage with the target audience, and enter new market segments by tapping into an influencer’s own network. 

A strong HR tech PR company can help HR tech brands gain continuous visibility and long-term brand recognition in the competitive HR tech market.
